2. If the registration code received is invalid:

3. If you received the code but lost/forgot it:
If you lost/forgot the code or accidentally deleted your order information email, please refer to MyCommerce Oder Search page to locate your order. After the order is located, you can find your order details, resend your order information email, and so on.
