> The name you used to place the order.

2. If you contact us for an exact device issue, please provide the following information:
> Your system OS and bit number.
> The version of ExplorerMax you use. (Captured from ExplorerMax > Menu > About)
> Describe details and offer a screenshot of the error popup.
* Remember to use "Device Issue about ExplorerMax-- xxx" as the your email subject. (xxx can be a detailed issue.)
3. If you want to be a partner of us and promote ExplorerMax, please provide the following information:
> Your name and your site/software/company.
> The affiliates you are in. (So far we've only joined in ShareIt.)
* Remember to use "Partnership with ExplorerMax" as your email subject.
4. If you have other proposals such as giveaway campaigns, please provide the following information:
> Your name and your site/software/company.
> Detailed description of your proposal.
* Remember to use "Cooperation Request -- xxx" as your email subject. (xxx can be the campaign title or something.)
